KTA expressly notifies the Trainee that KTA is not a University Or a Deemed University or an Affiliate of University or an Educational Institution imparting Education or a Technical Institution imparting Technical Education and does not prepare the Trainee for appearing in any examination held by University or a Deemed University or an Affiliate of University or Aided Education Institution or Technical Institution and KTA does not confer any Degree or Diploma but only issues a Certificate of Completion of the Training Program to the Trainee, who successfully completes the Training Program, the decision in which regard of KTA shall be final and binding on the Trainee.
