Our Chairman Dr. Vijay Mallya, is very passionate about making a difference in every initiative he undertakes. The Kingfisher Training and Aviation Services Ltd was born out of one such decision - to make a significant difference to the lives of vocationally inclined youngsters who aspire for new age careers in the Service Industry.

Having a firsthand exposure to youngsters who apply for jobs in Aviation and Hospitality domains, Dr. Vijay Mallya recognized that something more needed to be done to equip the ambitions of the youth with a structured knowledge and skill delivery programme. Thus was born the concept of Kingfisher Training and Aviation Services with the objective of providing skilled manpower to the Service Industry.
